Check-in flow with manual fallback

Principle

Live timer is default. Manual entry is a safety net.

Standard flow

1. Start check-in at work start.
2. Pause/resume around breaks.
3. Check out at shift end.

Fallback flow

If check-in was missed:

• Add manual row with start/end.
• Attach project/client.
• Add short context note.

Team recommendation

Treat fallback usage as normal, not as failure.

The real risk is unlogged time, not manual input.
